Our exchange policy lasts for 6 days from delivery.

To exchange your apparel size, email us at contact@theblckwhite.com with your order number and desired length. Size exchanges are only for apparel, not accessories. Plus-size exchanges may incur a fee.

Reverse pick-up service is available for most locations but may have exceptions. If unavailable, you must ship the return to our designated address. Pick-up attempts will be made up to three times; missed attempts will cancel the request.

Exchanges are only for apparel items and are limited to once per order. As they are customized and made only for you.

RETURN

We process only in cases where the wrong item has been sent (accompanied by pictures and a video of the packaging and products) or if you have received a damaged product. In such instances, we will either send you a replacement or provide a refund. To request a return, email us at contact@theblckwhite.com with your order number and a photo of the product within 6 days of delivery. The product must be unused. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or incorrect information provided.

Please follow wash care instructions to avoid issues. Delivery times may vary due to external factors, and no refunds are given for delivery delays.

Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of ordering, and refunds are issued as store credits only. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
