Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 6 days. If 6 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that during sale periods, only exchanges are applicable. No returns will be accepted for orders purchased during this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, If you require a plus size for exchange, please be aware that the Fee May Apply. If you need to exchange it for the same item, In such cases, please contact us via email at contact@theblckwhite.com with your order number and the desired size.

Wrong Product Handover in Return
If the wrong product is handed over in return, action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the same product we received will be returned to you. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss, and no action will be taken if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.

Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as boxer shorts, sunglasses, leather jackets, and socks cannot be returned.

Courier Partner Returns
If the product is collected by the courier partner and subsequently returned to you due to unexpected circumstances, the courier partner may request you to show a government-issued ID as evidence of the handover.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
